Zodiac Sea Wolf 1950s Automatic Watch Ref 699

$1,795
The Zodiac Sea Wolf automatic from the 1960s stands as one of the earliest purpose-built dive watches, admired for its robust construction and timeless design. It features a White dial with baton markers, Arabic numerals at 12, 6, and 9 a non-date version. The luminous hands and markers have aged beautifully, paired with a bi-directional rotating bezel that completes its classic diver appearance.

Inside beats the dependable Zodiac automatic movement, offering 17 jewels, manual winding capability, and a smooth sweep seconds hand. It runs at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and delivers a power reserve of approximately 40 hours, ensuring reliable timekeeping on or off the wrist.

The 35.5 mm stainless steel case with snap back and signed crown remains well-preserved, complemented by the original Zodiac stainless steel bracelet. A superb example of mid-century Swiss tool-watch engineering—authentic, collectible, and ready to wear.
