Year: 1961 Rare opportunity to acquire a very special watch . It is a perfect 1675 pcg with closed minute track and OCC brown Patina dial ( Chapter Ring Gilt Dial ) The hand set matches the dial perfectly and the original T38 Plexy glass is of course also fitted. El Cornino Italian for "the horn" and pcg for "Pointed Crown Guards" We have a pointed crown guard, with small rectangular plateaus, which was used from the earliest occ dials up to the sn 1.0 million. This type of crown guard can be found on all Chapter dial types as well as on early No Chapter dials. the crown protection on mine is completely intact and all horns show full substance as well as the typical edge polish The very good 7206 rivet strap comes with the correct 58 mm lugs and shows little stretch. Comes with Rolex Box. |
