The 25594 marks an important chapter in Royal Oak history. Audemars Piguet was seeking a mid-sized equivalent to their Jumbo model, and in 1992 they settled on 36mm. This case width remained in production for over a decade. This example is fitted with a timeless silver tapisserie" pattern dial, a day and date complication - oh, and a moonphase. The inclusion of SA in its reference number alludes to the fact that this piece is both stainless steel and yellow gold, with its iconic bezel proudly rocking a complete yellow gold construction. Remember – due to the Royal Oak's integrated bracelet, all examples will wear slightly larger than the dimensions appear, and the ref. 25594 is no different.
